01 — The challenge
What needed solving
Build one complete ERP for distributors and wholesalers that connects orders, warehouse, logistics and finance as a single product — which meant first understanding the business rules behind every one of those processes. Later, the product needed a website that shows how it works instead of listing features.

Built from zero
A dedicated team designed and built the platform from the ground up — and keeps developing it. Orders, warehouse, finance, logistics, planning and marketing share the same data, from the customer’s order to the payment.

The dashboard: orders, receivables and payment collection at a glance. One order, six roles
Complex processes turned into clear interfaces. An order moves from the sales rep to the operator, finance, warehouse, logistics and accounting — each role sees its own task and the data from the step before.

How an order moves between teams. Interface shown in Russian. In the sales rep’s pocket
An iOS and Android app gives sales reps their daily route, customers, stock and prices. Orders placed in the store go straight to the warehouse.
AI, MCP and 30 integrations
Ongoing development of AI and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, next to an integration map of 30 services: payments such as Payme, Click and Uzum Bank, accounting in 1C, CRMs like AmoCRM and Bitrix24, marketplaces and Telegram bots.

The integration map. Interface shown in Russian. Website and interactive demos
A new marketing website in Russian, Uzbek and English. Instead of feature lists, distributors click through an order flow, explore 3D models of a warehouse and a production line, and calculate what manual follow-ups cost them.

3D warehouse: receiving, storage, picking and shipping.
3D production line, from raw material to finished goods.
03 — The outcome
Where it stands
- The ERP is live and used by distributors every day.
- Team continuity across all modules keeps development fast and consistent.
- The new website lets distributors try the product before the first call.
